Regulated Brands Do Not Need Weaker Stories

They need stories strong enough to create demand and disciplined enough to survive scrutiny.

Supplements, ingestible wellness products, telehealth-adjacent services, research compounds, and other claim-sensitive categories require more than ordinary copyediting. They need controlled facts, clear sourcing, precise claims, a real news event, and search strategy that does not depend on language a publisher cannot accept.

Marketing By Kevin uses a separate premium workflow for these releases. Distribution starts at $2,000. Every project must pass prequalification before payment.

The goal is not to water the message down. It is to find the strongest accurate version that can be published, found, trusted, and used. This is the same evidence and ranking-intent system MBK applies to its own claim-sensitive businesses.

Why regulated work starts higher

The Premium Pays for a Defensible Path to Publication

The job is not to make the loudest possible claim. It is to preserve the strongest commercial truth that the evidence, company authorization, and selected publisher can support.

1IdentityVerify the responsible company, exact product, category, and authority to publish.
2EvidenceCollect the label, amounts, warnings, certifications, sources, and permissions.
3Claim controlSeparate supportable facts from prohibited, transferred, or overstated claims.
4Commercial storyBuild the strongest accurate angle around a real event and useful search intent.
5Publisher routePrepare, revise, submit, and document the accepted public announcement.

The client goal, search question, source material, and publisher fit are assessed together before a route is chosen.

Premium Distribution Options

See the general-business package comparison for route context. Claim-sensitive projects require a separate fit review; the higher price covers deeper planning and source work, not expert review or publisher approval.

  • Supplement News Distribution — $2,000
  • Global Supplement Distribution — $3,000
  • Regulated Wellness Market Distribution — $4,500

Evidence-led writing is an optional $1,250. Complete writing-and-distribution prices are $3,250, $4,250, or $5,750.

What the Premium Actually Buys

The premium is for the additional work and risk control required before submission:

  • Product and company identity verification
  • Goal-led keyword opportunity and reader-question planning
  • News-event and eligibility screening
  • Label, source, and evidence intake
  • Claim classification and prohibited-claim screening
  • Quote and credential authorization
  • Publisher-route preparation
  • Additional review and revision time
  • A complete Publication Record after acceptance

The higher price does not buy permission to publish prohibited health claims. It buys the work required to build a defensible search asset without surrendering the commercial point of the story.

The result we pursue: an accepted public announcement that targets a useful search intent, sends the right reader to the right next page, and gives the company a credible source it can continue using after launch day.

What May Be Newsworthy

  • A genuinely new product with finalized, supportable facts
  • A manufacturing, distribution, retail, or research partnership
  • A verified certification or quality milestone
  • An authorized original survey or report
  • A company expansion, appointment, funding event, or measurable milestone
  • A material label, packaging, or business update that can be stated accurately

Routine marketing claims, testimonials, affiliate copy, and a discount alone are not enough.

Information Required Before Writing

  • Final product name and responsible company
  • Complete label or facts panel where applicable
  • Ingredient amounts, serving information, directions, and warnings
  • Manufacturing and certification documents for any claim used
  • Primary sources for scientific or market statements
  • Authorized spokesperson and quotation approval
  • Exact event, public date, and supporting documentation
  • Media and trademark rights

Claims We Will Not Force Through

  • Disease-treatment, cure, prevention, or diagnosis claims without lawful authority
  • Guaranteed weight, pain, sexual, cognitive, metabolic, or other health outcomes
  • Fabricated physician, celebrity, customer, or media endorsements
  • Unsupported “clinically proven,” “FDA approved,” “safe,” or “side-effect free” statements
  • Research transferred from an ingredient or different product as proof of the finished product
  • Fake scarcity, sales figures, certifications, partnerships, or study results

Acceptance and Refund Policy

If MBK writes an eligible release, compliant publisher-requested revisions and resubmission are included. If we ultimately cannot obtain acceptance on the purchased route, we refund the complete writing-and-distribution package.

If you provide the copy and it is declined, you may revise and resubmit or receive a full refund of the distribution charge. No publication means no distribution charge.

Publisher approval always remains with the publisher. We do not guarantee coverage, rankings, backlinks, traffic, leads, sales, medical acceptance, or regulatory compliance.

Do Not Pay for Distribution Until the Evidence Has a Path.

We qualify the company, product, announcement, evidence, and route before exposing a high-scrutiny checkout.
