Marketing By Kevin provides search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, digital PR, and premium content placement services. All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as outlined in individual service agreements between Marketing By Kevin and each client.

While we employ proven strategies and best practices to improve our clients search engine visibility, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and are subject to change without notice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Marketing By Kevin and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
Content created for clients as part of our services becomes the clients property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

YouTube API Client Terms
Marketing By Kevin operates an internal publishing application that uses YouTube API Services only after an authorized channel owner grants access through Google OAuth.
YouTube Terms
By authorizing or using the application's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the integration is also governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
You may use the integration only for channels you own or are authorized to manage. You must have the rights needed to upload each video, caption file, thumbnail, and related metadata, and the content must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. The integration may not be used to manipulate engagement, reward interactions, scrape YouTube, or access unrelated accounts.
Access and Termination
You may revoke the application's access through your Google Account permissions. Marketing By Kevin may suspend the integration when necessary to protect an account, comply with Google or YouTube policies, or prevent unauthorized use.
