Top Ten (10) Questions to ask on International Women's Day
As a man it's easy and unfortunately sad to admit that the astounding women in my life and the lives in many others around the world do not receive the appropriate amount of appreciation and outright gratitude that they deserve.
Because of that and in honor of International Women's Day, I first want to dedicate this post to my incredible mother and sister who both are two of the strongest and brightest women I know.
They also being two of the closest and most important people in my life. I can easily say without them I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am today, so for that and so much more, thank you!

There is no single charity, government, corporation, NGO, academic institution, media hub, or women's network responsible for International Women's Day. Many women's rights organizations develop an annual IWD theme that promotes their particular cause or agenda.
International Women's Day takes the universal day of March 8th for global recognition and a call for gender equivalence.

The first and earliest National Women's Day was in New York on February 28, 1909, and organized at the guidance of Theresa Malikiel of the Socialist Party of America. Because of this, some believe Theresa Malikiel is who created International Women's Day. There is debate claiming the original day of February 28, 1909, was commemorating a women's protest organized by women's garment workers in New York on March 8th, 1857. But there are also claims that researchers have described this as untrue.
